Roofing Superintendent – CB Chandler Companies (Richmond, VA)
CB Chandler Roofing, a division of CB Chandler Companies, is seeking an experienced Roofing Superintendent to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.
About the Role:
The Roofing Superintendent is a full-time role and will oversee both residential and commercial roofing projects. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between our crews, clients, and internal teams, ensuring every project is completed to our core standards of quality, integrity, transparency, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite supervision and management from inception to completion, including residential and commercial properties.
- Supervise crews, monitor projects, manage materials, and communicate information from the field back to the Project Manager.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Solve challenges swiftly and professionally while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct inspections, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and enforce compliance with local codes.
What We’re Looking For:
- A candidate with proven job site management experience in both residential and commercial roofing.
- In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation methods, and local code requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A results-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
