These clients were a delight to work with! They kept the charm of the home but (sadly) replaced their small old porch with a beautiful screened-in porch and raised patio! A beautiful addition to the backyard living space for many seasons to come! 

Elevations for the raised patio were a challenge to engineer. I truly appreciated the collaboration of the homeowners and the CBC team. We couldn’t have had a better outcome and a better team.
