Roofing Repair & Punchlist Technician – CB Chandler Companies (Richmond, VA)
CB Chandler Roofing, a division of CB Chandler Companies, is seeking an experienced Roofing Repair & Punch List Technician to join our growing team. About the Role:
This Roofing Repair & Punch List Technician is a full-time role and will oversee and complete roofing punch list items on new home construction projects. This role requires a well-rounded roofing professional who can perform final detail work, ensure quality standards are met and maintain a safe and efficient job site. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between our crews and internal teams, ensuring every project is completed to our core standards of quality, integrity, transparency, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete roofing punch list repairs for new home construction projects, including:
- Pipe collars, flashing, spot shingle replacement
- Small tear-offs (1–2 squares if needed)
- Verify all roofing items meet company and builder quality standards
- Coordinate with crews and site superintendents to complete closeout items
- Operate and maneuver company-provided truck, trailers, and ladders
- Maintain strict jobsite safety and ensure compliance with fall protection standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5+ years of residential roofing experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing punch list repairs and quality control
- Good driving record (company truck provided)
- Familiar with trailers, ladders and working at height
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Previous Fall Protection Training and safety awareness

- Competitive salary based on experience – $45,000 – $55,000
